I am testing Matillion against netsuite but get a 2 factor authentication error. The Netsuite support team say they have disabled 2 factor. Another developer has switched to using Del Boomi instead which apparently works with the same credentials so unsure if this is a Matillion issue or something else - any ideas?

If Netsuite is reporting a 2FA error. Then it appears that it has not been disabled for that user or role.
One thing you can try is to make sure the user you are trying to authenticate with does not have any privileged permissions such as Administrator.
We are working on implementing token based authentication.
